Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes, clients may not be satisfied with our services. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients, but we also want to ensure that our clients are fully aware of our refund policy.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel our services, we require a written notice of cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, we will refund 100% of your payment.

If you cancel our services after 24 hours of purchase but before the first session, we will refund 50% of your payment.

Once the first session has been completed, we cannot provide any refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please inform us within 24 hours of the session, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

  1. Sessions missed by the client

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered as completed, and we will not reschedule or refund the fee for that session.

If you need to reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

  1. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services to a client at any time for any reason. In such cases, we will refund the client for any sessions that have been paid for but not yet completed.

  1. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider providing a full or partial refund at our discretion.
